With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and nursing profession, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through a compassionate, holistic, and personalized approach. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice, I focus on prevention, restoring health, and identifying root causes of disease—bringing together evidence-based medicine and holistic care.
In addition to my medical training, I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Provider and Certified Functional Medicine Informed Provider with copious training in Lifestyle Medicines, which allows me to integrate nutrition, lifestyle, and functional medicine into my practice. I also offer a Christian faith-based approach to care, honoring your values and beliefs as part of the healing journey.
